Same-Day Shipping / Order Processing Time
Orders received before 3:00 pm eastern time, Monday through Friday, will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Transit Times
In-transit time for your order will vary depending on the shipping method and your proximity to Tulsa, OK. Orders shipped by ground will generally reach you within 2-5 business days. Please refer to the display below for estimated shipping time to your home.

Shipping Methods
BirthdaysMadeEasy.com is committed to getting your package to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. We will determine the most effective shipping company based on your address and location. Most orders are sent via FedEx Ground® or FedEx Home Delivery®, however orders to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO address are generally sent by U.S. Priority Mail. Occasionally, oversized items are sent via U.S. Priority Mail as well.
Express Shipping
Birthdays Made Easy offers express shipping for orders delivered in the continental United States only. However, our location and same-day shipping policy for orders received before 3:00 p.m. eastern time, will usually make express shipping unnecessary. If you have a question about ground shipping times, view the chart above or call us at 1-800-395-4458.
APO/FPO Address
Orders shipped to APO or FPO addresses are shipped via U.S. Priority Mail and are handled by the United States Military. Shipping times will vary based on your location. Since the Military handles your shipment, there is no way for us to track it or guarantee delivery times. If you are located outside of the United States, please allow plenty of time for your package to arrive. (We have seen packages to Germany take 2 1/2 weeks.)
Damaged Shipments
If your order or package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can address the situation and get replacement products sent to you.
