Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at Birthdays Made Easy. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with our products and service, you may return items for a full refund. We accept returns up to 30 days after you receive your order, as long as the items are unopened, unused and in original condition. Items damaged during shipping will be replaced at no cost to you.
Returns
- All returned items must be unopened and unused.
- Shipping charges are not reimbursed.
- Birthdays Made Easy is not responsible for lost items during return. (use carriers that provide tracking numbers)
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Edible items such as candy and unpackaged hats MAY NOT be returned.
- If any item arrives damaged, please contact customer care immediately.
- Once we have received your return, we will then credit your original form of payment.
