Ordering

What forms of payment can I use?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards. You can also make your purchase through Google Checkout by clicking the "Google Checkout" button located below our "Secure Checkout" button.

How do I use my discount code?

To use your discount or promotional coupon, please follow these steps.

1. Proceed to the Shopping Cart page by clicking on either the "Your Shopping Cart" or "Edit Cart" links located on the top right of the page. Click here to view your shopping cart.

2. Enter the code in the field above the checkout buttons (next to "Using a promotional code?") and click the "Apply" button.

3. Checkout using our secure checkout or Goggle Checkout. If you would like to continue shopping, the discount will automatically apply to newly added items.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Sales tax will only be added to orders that are delivered in Oklahoma. Oklahoma state law requires us to charge sales tax on products only. Shipping charges are not taxed. The current Oklahoma sales tax rate is 9.5%.

How do I know my order was received?

You will be sent an email confirmation when your order is received. For internet orders, this will be immediately after you place your order. For phone or mail in orders, a confirmation will be sent after your order and payment are received.

How long will it take to process and ship my order?

All in-stock items will be processed and shipped on the same day if the order is completed by 3:00 p.m. eastern time Monday-Friday. All orders made after 3:00 p.m., on weekends, or on holidays, will ship the following business day. If any out-of-stock items are ordered, we will contact you and give you a shipping date.

How long will it take to receive my order?

In-transit shipping time will vary depending on your location. Most orders are delivered within 2-5 business days. Generally, the closer you live to Oklahoma, the faster you will receive your package. To get a better idea of transit times, view the graphic on the shipping page.

How can I track my order's status?

In order for you to track your order's status and shipping information on our website, you must have an account. Accounts can be created at any time, however most customers create an account during checkout. Creating an account is optional and you will still be sent an email containing shipment information and/or tracking numbers.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email that contains your shipment tracking information. Each package sent will have an individual tracking number assigned to it. You can use this tracking number at FedEx's website to track where your package is and when it will be delivered. Unfortunately, the USPS does not offer online tracking of priority mail.

How do I add or remove an item from an order I just placed?

If you need to make a change to your order, please call 1-800-395-4458 as soon as possible.

How do I cancel an order I just placed?

If you need to cancel your order, please call us at 1-800-395-4458 as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, you will be provided a full refund. If your order has already shipped, you can refuse the package or write "Return to Sender" on it and send it back. Once we receive the package, we will credit your account the purchase price, minus the original shipping charge (if there was one).

Shipping

How much will it cost to ship my order?

Currently, we offer a flat rate shipping program. Generally, we charge $5.99 for orders less than $50 and pay your shipping for orders more than $50. Please see our shipping policy for more details.

How do I qualify for free shipping?

You will automatically qualify for free shipping when your order total is at least $50. This free shipping offer only applies to standard ground shipping within the continental U.S.

Do you offer express shipping?

Currently, we do not offer express shipping.

What locations do you ship to?

We currently ship items to locations in the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Yes.

How will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped via FedEx and the USPS. Most orders are sent through FedEx. However, there are some locations that FedEx does not deliver to. In those cases, we use USPS priority mail.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can send you a replacement product. We will also send you a pre-paid shipping label for the return shipment.

Returns

Do you pay for return shipping?

We no longer pay for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

How long will it take for my account to be credited?

Once we receive your return and the items are checked, it usually takes about 3-4 business days for the return to show up in your account.

What if I receive the wrong item or the item is damaged?

If you receive incorrect or damaged items, please call us as soon as possible. We will send a replacement item at no cost to you and provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for the return shipment.
